Inner Healing Steps for Disassociated/Fragmented Parts of the Mind
Testimony: I heard what sounded like a stampede in my mind of things moving. The Lord showed me what appeared to be a stampede of parts (tiny semi-translucent circles of fragmented parts of my soul), moving towards the light. I felt a massive lift begin to happen. I asked the Lord, “Is that hundreds of parts?” “Thousands of parts,” He replied, and then He confirmed it by saying it a second time. The Holy Spirit guided me to adapt a prayer from Bride Ministries. In about two minutes of prayer, He healed me from a large portion of a lifetime of fragmentation. Below is what the Lord lead me to pray.
Step 1: Say “I ask for an angel of the Lord to come and put to sleep, all parts of me that are loyal to, or hold ________________. I loose the angel of the Lord with the sword of the Lord to cut out any entangled parts, and put those parts to sleep as well.”

Curses:

Step 2: Say “I break all curses associated with all of this off of all parts of my being, back to Adam & Eve, pull them out at the root, and off of all surviving and future generations. I transfer all ownership of these parts, these memories, experiences, emotions/thoughts, and anything else pertaining to them to Jesus Christ, and the Kingdom of Heaven.”
Step 3: “Ancient of Days please consume in the holy fire of Jesus Christ every spiritual object, tattoo, device, label, marker, power source, grid, branding, seal, and anything else ungodly placed in or around every one of these parts.”
Step 4: “I ask for Jesus Christ to take all of these parts to Heavenly places, to be ministered to according to Your will.”
*At this stage, you should feel the parts leaving, or a subtle lift/lightening.
*If you feel any resistance before you feel the “lift” of the parts leaving, bind the demonic. Say “I bind all demons in the scope of my metron, and loose an angel of the Lord to come to my aid.” After a few seconds, any pull or resistance felt should then release. It is then important to stop and completely restate steps 1-3 again, for these specific parts. This ensures all entangled parts are released.
Step 5: Say “Holy Spirit fill all vacated places left by the parts, memories, experiences, and anything else according to Your will. I loose new godly dwelling places where these parts used to be, and I ask Jesus Christ to occupy them with His rod of iron. I transfer all ownership of these rooms to Jesus Christ, and to the kingdom of Heaven.”
Personal observations and notes, as I experienced deliverance with this prayer:
The steps matter in order to avoid resistance. What was healed was best identified first through a trigger. For example, unexplainable emotions or thoughts, despite using your standard coping mechanisms, would be a great transition into a prayer to stop and heal the fragmented parts of your being that are likely present. Similar to the inner healing process of healing a wound when it is up, I found that fragmented parts were best identified through either calling them out as a group by function, or calling them out as a group as they were triggered for use by the enemy.
Certain fragments appear to be protected by the demons as they are being led to Heavenly places. The demonic appears to shield them, in order to stop them from being taken. The Lord revealed to me that for the demonic, soul deposits = “currency” and fragmentation = “real estate.”
When I “put them to sleep,” this generally caused the demonic to lose their “pull” on the part entirely. Next, it was very important to take steps to ensure that the principality was no longer able to use anything related to the fragment(s), through eradicating what the demonic may put on them.
This alone didn’t get all of the parts in one swoop. I found that a step needed to be added to “cut out any entanglement” the enemy had on the fragment. Some parts felt as if they were trying to leave. However, they were almost attached to something, or being held in place. So, when I called them up to heavenly places not all were felt lifting. Adding in the step of cutting out all entanglement aided in their departure.
If I tried the bullet above and I still felt a part had something attached to it, I then went to breaking curses off that specific part/parts. Generally, if the above steps didn’t work, the Lord would highlight a specific fragmented part He wanted to heal, by highlighting it’s location within my being, through the pain of the curse that was inflicting it. The Lord revealed to me that it is the “curses on the fragmented part,” that causes the fragmented part to feel actual pain. At this stage, it helped to free these fragmented parts by saying “I break the curses related to ____ off of all parts of my being, and loose an angel of the Lord to cut out the entanglement until all fragmented parts are free.” Once this step occurred, I have yet to experience any further resistance (or tug/pull), when reaching the point of asking Jesus to take the parts to the Heaven.
The above explains the benefits of why both strategies are added to the prayer, to aid in Christ and the angels taking the parts to Heavenly places to be ministered to.
When targeting parts related to Satanic Ritual Abuse and Satanic Programming, there was a difference in the way these parts felt. They “felt heavy” when they had everything broken off of them, and began to lift. Their lift and exit was gradual, and took slightly more time. They appeared to be housed around the perimeter of the mind. When these parts left, a heaviness, cloudiness, and state of confusion left the mind. An instant state of mental clarity entered like I had never felt before, after inviting Christ to occupy the territory once housed by these specific parts.
When calling the parts of my being back, I noticed that certain principalities had parts of my being, and others didn’t. I felt the parts re-enter and/or a spiritual breathe upon the return of my reclaimed parts.
