Standing in Spiritual Authority, Amid Ungodly Dreams & Night Attacks
As Christians, it is important that we stand in our spiritual authority. Part of doing that is going through Inner Healing & Deliverance, to cleanse ourselves as the temple of the Lord. “Big Deliverance” is eternal salvation in Christ, through receiving the Holy Spirit. That can never be stolen, killed, or destroyed, as the Holy Spirit enters our reborn spirit. Engaging in “little deliverance,” which would be Inner Healing & Deliverance through sanctifying our body and soul, allows for an “expansion” of His light in our temple. The Lord has shown me deliverance like a dirty sponge under the kitchen sink before. Imagine trying to get out all of the grease out of the sponge. As you are standing there cleaning the sponge, it is likely taking several runs under the water (“living water”), to take it to a new state of cleanliness. Our body and soul are like the sponge. The demonic is the filth that we are getting off of the sponge, little by little. Sometimes, sanctification and elevation happens quickly due to the Lord’s will. Each time we undergo Inner Healing & Deliverance through “little deliverance,” this lessens the amount of demonic attack and resistance a believer receives.
This blog post explores how to combat spiritual warfare that believers may undergo during the night hours, specifically during sleep. These can manifest through believers having nightmares (witchcraft/fear), sexual dreams, or maybe you are experiencing strange people/patterns/locations showing up in dreams. All of these things in dreams are not from the Lord. Godly dreams bring revelation and clarity, even if someone needs to pray and fast in order to interpret it. Ungodly dreams bring fear, confusion, heaviness, and demonic deposits/entanglement. In ministry, I have found that these dreams reveal what the Lord wants to heal within you (a wound; an ungodly soul tie; fear; trauma/a fragmented part). The Lord also reveals in dreams something that he wants to take you out of (a region of captivity; a spiritual marriage/dedication; a ritual that occurred). The enemy uses lineage and bloodline sins and iniquities to gain access. Repeated attacks also can reveal a sin that is undealt with- meaning it is unrepented of and not fully surrendered to God.
Inner Healing & Deliverance is the “deep dive” that allows believers to go to the very trenches of their being, and uproot what isn’t of the Lord. It allows them to explore and eradicate what the Lord hasn’t purposed in their lives. We are the body of Christ, in the spiritual and the physical. When you are healed, your entire bloodline (and family) receives healing. When you are delivered of something, you will begin to notice those who were a part of what you are delivered from, also receive some level of deliverance.
“Ancient of Days, in the all-powerful name of Jesus Christ, I stand in the authority You have given me, and I mark null and void every evil and unclean attack during my sleep, and the sleep of those whom I stand in the gap for. I rebuke, reject, renounce, and break every ungodly covenant, oath, agreement, barter, dedication, pact, and trade entered into with the demonic through any attack, during the sleeping or waking hours. Knowingly or unknowingly, willingly or unwillingly. I ask that you reveal to the lineage, bloodline, descendants, and I through divine insight what needs to be healed or changed in our lives, to put an end to all ungodly occurrences. Please close and seal any ungodly entry points with the blood of Christ, open what needs to be opened through the power of the Holy Spirit and your perfect timing, and prune/mold us where it is needed. Teach us with mercy and grace how to surrender what needs to be surrendered, into your righteous right hand. I put the blood of Jesus Christ between the lineage, bloodline, and I, and any sin committed. I repent for and cover in the blood the sins that we have committed, the ancestry committed, as well as the sins that were committed against us. I cancel their sin debts. I repent for all of our sins and weaknesses, and I ask you Ancient of Days to make us strong where we are weak. I ask you to grow and heal us where it is needed, so that we may carry out Your perfect will in Your kingdom.
In the name of Jesus Christ, I break the curses of astral projection, monitoring spirits, torment, torture, incubus, succubus, witchcraft, jezebel, lucifer, satan, leviathan, python, fear, mind control, dumb/deaf/mute/blind, sexual immorality in all forms, and anything else evil and unclean. I pull them all out at the root (act this out prophetically), and burn them out at the root in the fire of the Holy Spirit. I swing my sword and cut every silver cord, ley line, and ungodly soul tie/bond of every demon, as well as the individuals made in the image of the living God, operating in ungodly power through these webs, lines, and grid systems. I loose hedges and protection from Heaven over the lineage/bloodline/I’s lives, all that pertains to us, and all parts of our being, in all realms, dimensions, time, and space. I loose Angels of the Lord with the sword of the Lord to sever every ungodly soul tie/bond/web/grid, remove all devices/implantations/attachments, remove all ungodly garments/jewelry, and sever all ungodly tethers/cords/chains/ropes. I burn out with the fire of God any demonic seed and root systems. I command out all demonic deposits, implantations/devices, ungodly food/drinks/items placed in the mouth, throat, and spiritual organs, that were consumed or implanted in all realms, dimensions, time, and space. I loose angels on assignment to remove permanently what needs to be removed. Fill us with a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit. Where the ungodly tried to operate, loose what is of and from Heaven to take it’s place. I cover all of us with the blood of Jesus Christ, and burn it in the fire of the Holy Spirit.
Lord, as Your war club and weapon of war (Jeremiah 51:20), I rise in spiritual warfare, and I tear down, undam, and blow up every satanic wall of protection surrounding any person/place/thing/animal, living or spiritual, operating in ungodly power. I break the power and mark null and void with the blood and the fire every curse, hex, vex, spell, charm, fetish, voodoo, hoodoo, incantation, psychic prayer, witchcraft, sorcery, warlockry, and anything else ungodly that has been spoken or directed against the lineage, bloodline, descendants & I, and all that you have given us authority over.
Father, cover the lineage, bloodline, and all descendants forever more with the blood of Jesus. Surround our places of dwelling, our ministries, bodies, souls, and spirits with angels of all kinds. Cleanse these places with the blood and the fire above the Earth, beneath the Earth, in all realms, dimensions, time, and space. Let your fire be a hedge of protection around all of us. Cover all parts of our being and the armor you have given us with the blood and the anointing oil of God. Ancient of Days, I ask for you to place on all of us:
The helmet of salvation
The breastplate of righteousness
The shield of faith
The belt of truth
The sword of the spirit
Shod our feet to spread the gospel of peace- I cut off any ungodly bindings. I bind our feet to the straight and narrow path.
Loose our hands to do Your work- I cut off any ungodly bindings. I place on our spiritual hands gloves of protection.
Our eyes will see- I unbind our eyes. I take off any veils, scales, and blindfolds.
Our ears will hear- I unbind our ears, unplug them, and cleanse them of any demonic deposits with the fire of God.
Our minds will understand. I permanently bind our minds to the mind of Christ.
We will dream Godly dreams and have Godly visions. We will seek you and find you, with divine revelation and clarity.
I align all parts of our being with Heaven (body, soul, spirit) in all realms, dimensions, time and space.
The words of our mouth will proclaim Your truths. We will speak life. Our tongues, jawlines, and the roofs of our mouths are protected. Our throats, words, and vocal cords are protected. I align all of this with Heaven and the will, purposes, and plans of the Ancient of Days. I seal them there and set them in the blood.
I ask that all additional attachments, armor, and devices are loosed from Heaven according to your will. Teach us how to step into, and walk in alignment with, the divinely purposed “call to arms” in which you have equipped us with.”
Speak the Lord's Truths Over Your Life- Claim It & Walk in Your God Given Inheritance/Authority:
My bloodline and I trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will harm us. (Luke 10:19)
My bloodline and I are the Lord’s battle-ax and weapons of war: for with us He will break nations in pieces, and with us He will destroy kingdoms. (Jeremiah 51:20)
I submit myself and descendants to God, resist the devil, and daily watch him flee. (James 4:7)
My descendants and I war from a place of eternal victory, fight from Heaven, and look down on our enemies, as the Lord has disarmed the spiritual powers and authorities, putting them to open shame through the cross. (Colossians 2:15)
The Spirit living inside of me is greater than any spirit in the world. (1 John 4:4)
My descendants and I have inherited and walk in the protection of my Fathers decrees. We are under God’s protection. There is no divination or witchcraft that can successfully operate against those under God's protection. (Numbers 23:23)
No weapon formed against the lineage, bloodline, descendants, and I will prosper, and every accusing tongue will be refuted. (Isaiah 54:17)
Christ redeemed me from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for me, and all of those whom I stand in the gap for. (Galatians 3:13)
My descendants and I use divine weapons that are not human in nature, but have divine power to demolish strongholds. (2 Corinthians 10:4)
I put on myself and the bloodline the full armor of God to stand firm against spiritual schemes and dark forces. (Ephesians 6:11-12)
The victory has already been won by the blood of the Lamb and the word of testimony. (Revelation 12:11)
My lineage, bloodline, descendants, and I walk in glory to glory all the days of our lives. (2 Corinthians 3:18)
Father, I speak love over my enemies, good over those who hate me, and bless those who spitefully use me and persecute me. I trust who You are, your promises, and the covenants that I have with you, and that my bloodline and I will inherit all of the blessings that you have for us (Luke 6:27-28; Romans 12:14; 1 Peter 3:9; Matthew 5:44).
I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the LORD sustains me and loves me. (Psalm 3:5; Psalm 127:2)
My Father neither slumbers nor sleeps. In peace my bloodline and I lie down and sleep, for you alone, LORD, make us consistently dwell in safety. (Psalm 4:8; 121:4)
When my bloodline and I lie down, we are not afraid; when we lie down, our sleep is sweet. (Proverbs 3:24)
Command Out All Ungodly Deposits
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I renounce and reject every evil deposit placed knowingly or unknowingly, willingly or unwillingly into the bloodline and I’s created by you beings.
By the power of the Holy Spirit through my blood-bought spiritual authority, I command up and out all deposits in the body, soul, spirit, destiny, and bloodline to be washed out, dissolved, and destroyed in Jesus name.
I repent of every personal sin, ancestral sin, and the sins committed against us all the way back to Adam and Eve, that opened the doors to evil deposits in the dreams, spiritual encounters, contact, ungodly covenants/barters/pacts/dedications/trades/rituals/agreements- in all forms (spiritually, physically, and digitally).
Holy Spirit, search the lineage, bloodline, and I completely. Search the territories we dwell in, work in, and serve in for ministry. Wherever evil deposits are hiding seen or unseen, expose them and remove them by Your power, in Jesus name.
By Your mercy and grace, cleanse us with the blood and the fire. Remove every residue left behind, in Jesus’ name.
Let the power in the blood blood of Jesus seal the lineage, bloodline, and I’s deliverance. I declare that no evil deposits shall return or reenter our lives and territories again, in all realms, dimensions, time, and space.
Heavenly Father, by the light of Your Spirit, inspect every area of the lineage, bloodline, and I’s lives. Inspect every area of the territories we dwell in, work in, and serve in for ministry. Whatever You did not plant in them, uproot and remove it completely in Jesus name.
Let every evil deposit affecting the lineage, bloodline, and I’s thoughts, emotions, memory, and peace of mind- be uprooted and cast out, in Jesus name. I also pray this over those that we serve in ministry/work.
Let every evil deposit assigned to delay answers, blessings, or divine timing be removed. I cancel the assignment in all realms, dimensions, time, and space. Let divine speed be restored, in Jesus name.
Heavenly Father, fill those areas wherever evil deposits have been removed from the lineage, bloodline, and I’s lives with your Holy Spirit, Your light, Your peace, and Your power. I also pray this over the territories we dwell in, work in, and serve in for ministry.
Let every deposit assigned to slow the lineage, bloodline and I down, frustrate our efforts, block our progress, divert or poison our destiny- be removed now. The enemy has no authority here. I recover and command our divine destiny in Jesus’ name.
Holy Spirit, renew the bloodline and I’s spirits. Wherever evil deposits caused dryness, heaviness, or fatigue, I ask that You restore freshness, joy, and spiritual vitality, in Jesus name.
Let the power in the blood of Jesus wash the lineage, bloodline, and I clean. Remove every evil deposit introduced to our created by you beings physically or spiritually through food, drinks, hospitality, and anything else consumed or implanted in Jesus name.
Let every evil deposit causing strife, division, or repeated conflict in the lineage, bloodline, and I’s relationships- be uprooted and destroyed at the root, in Jesus name.
Heavenly Father, I thank you because whom the Son sets free is free indeed. I walk and war from a place of liberty, victory, and purity, in Jesus name.
This prayer was developed by praying many prayers against nighttime attacks, that I found online. I adapted this prayer from the two prayers below. During prayer time and my own deliverance journey, the Holy Spirit would tell me certain things to add or change.
