Inner Healing Steps for Disassociated/Fragmented Parts of the Mind

Testimony: I heard what sounded like a stampede in my mind of things moving. The Lord showed me what appeared to be a stampede of parts, moving towards the light. I felt a massive lift begin to happen. I asked the Lord, “Is that hundreds of parts?” “Thousands of parts,” He replied, and then He confirmed it by saying it a second time. The Holy Spirit  guided me to adapt a prayer from Bride Ministries. In about two minutes of prayer, He healed me from a large portion of a lifetime of fragmentation. This is what the Lord lead me to pray.
